These Creator Participation Terms (“Terms”) apply to any person, creator, clipper, affiliate, contractor, or participant (“Creator,” “you,” or “Clipper”) who joins, accesses, participates in, submits content to, or attempts to earn rewards through campaigns, communities, apps, websites, dashboards, links, or other services operated by Moon Clips (“Moon Clips,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By participating in any Moon Clips campaign, you agree to these Terms.

1. Campaign Participation

Participation in a Moon Clips campaign is voluntary and does not create an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, agency relationship, franchise relationship, or guaranteed payment relationship between you and Moon Clips, any campaign owner, brand, sponsor, or advertiser.

You are solely responsible for your own accounts, content, posts, captions, disclosures, conduct, tax obligations, and compliance with applicable laws and platform rules.

Moon Clips may accept, deny, suspend, remove, or restrict any Creator from any campaign, community, app, dashboard, or service at any time, with or without notice.

1. No Guaranteed Approval or Payout

Submitting content, posting content, generating views, receiving engagement, joining a campaign, linking an account, or appearing in a dashboard does not guarantee approval, acceptance, payment, reward, commission, bonus, prize, or payout.

Any displayed, estimated, pending, projected, or potential reward amount is informational only and does not create a payment obligation unless and until the applicable campaign owner expressly approves the submission for payout.

A submission is only eligible for payment if it has been reviewed and approved according to the campaign owner’s internal review process.

1. Campaign Owner Discretion

All submitted clips, videos, slideshows, posts, accounts, traffic, analytics, view counts, engagement, comments, demographics, screenshots, metadata, and related information are subject to review.

The campaign owner, sponsor, advertiser, or Moon Clips may approve, reject, reduce, withhold, delay, cancel, or reverse any submission, reward, or payout at their sole and final discretion.

Reasons for rejection, withholding, reduction, cancellation, or removal may include, but are not limited to:

• suspected artificial, botted, incentivized, manipulated, low-quality, or fraudulent traffic;
• suspicious engagement patterns;
• wrong or low-value audience demographics;
• traffic from undesired countries, regions, devices, or audience segments;
• misleading, copied, stolen, duplicated, or low-effort content;
